- This Constitution and its Bylaws are the fundamental laws of the Lost Breed Motorcycle Club and are to be understood and followed by each Member.
Article I. Names, Terms, Purpose, Colours.

Section 1.01: Name.
- This organisation shall be primarily known as the "Lost Breed Motorcycle Club". Abbreviations include LBMC, LB, 12-2.
- Club Motto: - "Often tested, always faithful."
- LBFFLB: - "Lost Breed Forever, Forever Lost Breed"
- Cut: - Refers to any leather vest or jacket bearing a club patch.
- Colours: - Refers to the Club Patch (Top Rocker/Club Name, Bottom Rocker/Territory, Club Patch, etc)
- 12.2: - Stands for the corresponding letters in the English alphabet. L being the 12th letter and 2 being the second, hence; 12.2.
- Church: - Refers to the bi-weekly meeting for all Officers and Patch Members.
- Run: - Refers to any Club Ride, begins & ends at the Clubhouse.
- The Lost Breed Motorcycle Club was established on August 29, 2013 under ALEXILIN7 with the Los Santos Charter.
- The Founding Fathers of the Lost Breed Motorcycle Club are "ALEXILIN7" & "CueLLoRoJoBLaCKo"
- A Motorcycle Club for Members of the GTA Online community & Rockstar Social Club that are Motorcycle enthusiasts and share an interest in being apart of a brotherhood.
- Virtues: - Trust, Loyalty, Respect, Brotherhood, Family.
- Whether alone or with other Members, you represent the Club at all times. What you do reflects on the entire Club, always have 12.2 in your heart.
- Members must wear their Cut at all times with exception to driving in *cars, or unless specified otherwise by an Officer.
(*note, Members can wear their patches in vans/trucks)
- Members are permitted to wear Lost Breed colours on any jacket or t-shirt.
- Members are permitted Lost Breed colours on any Cruiser Motorcycle or Dirt Bike, Vans, and Trucks (i.e. Bison, Ratloader).
- If unsure about which vehicles are authorised to wear the Clubs colours, ask an Officer.
Article II. General Principles & Constitution.
Section 2.01: General Rules and Regulations:
- Members, Prospects & Hangarounds cannot belong to any other Club or Crew.
- Members are expected to wear the full Lost Breed Patch at all times in war (unless driving a car or specified otherwise by an officer) and to wear it with pride. Although casual attire is permitted, failure to wear Lost Breed Colours for an extended period will lead to penalties.
- All Members must respect each other and try to ride with all Members equally to form the same trust, respect, and brotherhood between all Members.
- There will be no discrimination of Race, Religion, Sex, or Sexual Preference.
- If a group or individual attacks any Member, all available Members will stand beside them and assist in fighting.
- Members will have good attendance. Members must have good reasons for not attending Church, meetings, rides, or events, such as work, sickness, personal family issues.
- The Club will always stay together when in public lobbies and will not fraternize with rival club members. If a Member breaks off from the group, they are to have another Member with them. If possible, Members should stay with at least one other Member at all times.
- Members shall not fight each other with weapons unless in a deathmatch or when practicing. Should a Member fight another, it will be a 1v1 barefist - this also applies to Prospects.
- All fines will be paid within 30 days. Fines will be paid to any Officer or Patch Member as specified by Officers. If fined, contact the Treasurer for details on how to pay.
- Club business will not be discussed with persons outside the Club. Never speak on behalf of the Club without consent, any Club business will be discussed at Church first.
- Members are always to follow what the Club has voted on and passed.
- Any insult or action that harms an Allied Club will result in disciplinary action dealt from the Enforcer or Sergeant at Arms.
- It is never acceptable to purposely destroy fellow Members' property.
- Changes to the club must be proposed to the Executive Board, who will then make a decision on the proposed change.
- Prospects will be on guard duty when Members are at Club functions or anywhere the Senior Member deems necessary. Typically, Prospects should be on guard duty at all stops in public lobbies. Guard duty includes watching and protecting Members bikes, keeping an eye on surrounding possible threats.
- Modding and in-game exploits to gain advantage over other players will not be tolerated and may be grounds for removal from the Club.
- Do not go into passive mode unless you are being griefed by jets, tanks or insurgents. If you must go away from your controller, go to a mission lobby screen or leave the session.
- Do not leave the lobby mid-battle without saying why.
- Never run from a member of another Motorcycle Club. Lost Breed does not run. Members are expected to be able to fight and take down at least two players before they are taken down.
- Prohibited Weapons include any RPG, Sniper Rifle, Grenade Launcher, Assault/Automatic Shotgun, Grenades, Orbital Cannon (exceptions can be made if these weapons are being used against you).
- Prohibited Vehicles include any Tank, Jet or other Military Vehicles and *Cars (*Cars may be used only in private sessions or after receiving permission from an Officer - Remember it's Lost Breed Motorcycle Club, not Lost Breed Car Club).
- Leaving the Club without making any statement as to why.
- Betraying the Club in any way.
- Killing fellow Club Members or Allied Club Members.
- Consistent failure to wear the Lost Breed Patch.
- Regular use of prohibited weapons.
- Disrespecting Officers.
- The Executive Board will have the authority to give disciplinary action to any Member or Prospect.
- The Sergeant at Arms and Enforcers will primarily execute disciplinary actions.
- Performing Remedial Tasks.
- Receiving a beating from each Patched Member (Patched Members giving the beating are only to use fists.
- Losing Position or Rank.
- Being made to Re-Prospect.
- Being made to ride a Faggio.
- Receiving a fine.
- Being made to fully upgrade an expensive vehicle without insurance and watch it be destroyed.
- Respect is to be shown to all Members, Officers, Members' Bikes, 'Ol Ladies, Jobs, Houses, Vehicles, etc.
- Respect your cut and the Lost Breed colours it bears.
Article III. Membership Qualifications & Prospecting.
Section 3.01: Eligibility.
- All Lost Breed Members and Prospects must own and operate at least one Cruiser style Motorcycle.
- Prospects must be 18+ years of age. This may be overlooked if a high level of maturity is shown but generally exceptions are rare.
- All Lost Breed Members and Prospects must have their PSN linked with the Rockstar Social Club and have their Social Club profile set to 'open'.
- All Lost Breed Members and Prospects must have their respective crews set as active at all times.
- All Lost Breed Members and Prospects must be active both in-game and with the Kik chat and Social Club.
- Any individual that wishes to Prospect must first join the Support or Hangaround crew.
- Prospects will need to be sponsored by an established Patched Member in good standing with the Club.
- Prospects have no voting privileges.
- Prospects must take directions and orders (within reason) without question. We won't ask anything that we wouldn't have done ourselves.
- The probationary period has no set time limit. Prospects will be patched in when the Club deems they are ready. Prospects asking when they will be Patched may result in the probationary period being extended further.
- Prospects must show a sincere interest in the Club and be eager to participate.
- Sponsors will be held responsible for their Prospects actions.
- Prospects must always ride behind Patched Members unless specified otherwise by a Patched Member or Officer.
- Prospects must accept all invites from Patched Members.
- Prospects must always support Patched Members and are expected to have added every Patched Member to their friends list.
- Prospects must know their place. They are at the bottom of the food chain regardless of how good they are at shooting in-game or whatever else. Prospects should be doing everything in their power to impress and show what they can bring to the Club.
- A Member in good standing must be Fully Patched.
- All Patched Members and Prospects will be required to comply with the Lost Breed Motorcycle Club Constitution & Bylaws.
- All Patched Members will ensure that the Secretary has at least one way of contacting them.
- If a Member chooses to leave the Club, They must do so honorably in order to avoid any repercussions. An honourable discharge requires a statement to the Club explaining their reasons for wanting to leave, which should be sent to the President.
- Any Member that maintains active membership for over three years and is believed to be worthy of being recognised as a Life Member (determined by Officers) shall be awarded the "Lifer" Patch.
- Members that have earned the "Lifer" Patch shall always maintain a Full Patch with Lost Breed.
Article IV. Chapter Officers, Board Members, Patch Members & Duties.
Section 4.01: Executive Board.
- The Executive Board is made up of every Officer and will hold meetings during the week before Church on Saturday 9PM EST.
- Executive Board duties include the monitoring of conflicts within the Club and the application of disciplinary procedure.
- Emergency meetings will be called if a situation arises that demands immediate attention.
- The Hierarchy of the Officers shall be, President, Vice President, Sergeant at Arms, Secretary, Road Captain, Treasurer, Enforcer, Tailgunner.
- In order to be eligible for office, the nominated Patch Member must be in good standing with the Club. Any Patch Member may nominate another Member of good standing for for a position in office by contacting the Secretary. The Secretary shall then determine if the nominee is eligible to serve under the conditions set forth in these Bylaws. If the nominee is eligible, the Secretary shall then contact the nominee and determine if they are willing to serve; if so the nominee's name shall be placed on the ballot.
- Any eligible nominee must first receive a unanimous vote by all current Officers. Any changes to the Hierarchy requires a unanimous vote by all all current Officers.
- In the case of a vacancy in the Office of the President, if the current President is voted out of his position the Vice President shall assume the Office of the President and they shall appoint their new Vice President. If the current President resigns, they may choose a successor to fill the role of the Office of President. The successor may then appoint their new Vice President.
- The Executive Duties of the President are as follows.
- To preside over meetings and the Clubs overall organisation and well being.
- To serve as the final authority for promotions, demotions and expulsions from the Club.
- To help with interpretations of Officers roles, responsibilities and duties within the Club.
- To hold the authority to declare war and form official alliances.
- To judge items not covered in the constitution or in the rules and regulations.
- The Executive Duties of the Vice President are as follows.
- To perform the duties of the President in their absence and to assist the President in all of their duties.
- To demonstrate leadership and role model behaviour to all Officers and Patched Members.
- The Executive Duties of the Sergeant at Arms are as follows.
- To ensure that Patch Members adhere to the Clubs Constitution and Bylaws, rulings, and expected models of conduct.
- To uphold and protect the Clubs reputation.
- To maintain order within the Club in general and during Club activities.
- To defend Patch Members and Club property from outside threats.
- To help collect unpaid fines.
- To execute disciplinary action.
- The Executive Duties of the Secretary are as follows.
- To record and safeguard the minutes of Club meetings.
- To maintain the Club Constitution and Bylaws, recording any additions, deletions or modifications.
- To send out notices of both regular and special Club meetings.
- To record all votes taken at meetings.
- To hold responsibility for scheduling, organising and coordinating Club events in cooperation with the President.
- To help promote the Lost Breed Motorcycle Club and assist with recruiting.
- The Executive Duties of the Road Captain are as follows.
- To organise and oversee Club runs in cooperation with the Tailgunner and Secretary.
- To establish and enforce riding standards and procedures during Club runs.
- To ensure the safety of Members when riding and establish security for all Club runs conducted in public lobbies.
- To ensure everyone is in correct formation while riding.
- The Executive Duties of the Treasurer are as follows.
- To oversee and schedule opportunities for Members to generate revenue.
- To ensure Members are never without a ride, money or ammunition
- To direct the payment of fines owed by Members.
- The Executive Duties of the Enforcer are as follows.
- To assist the Sergeant at Arms in their duties.
- To ensure that Patch Members adhere to the Clubs Constitution and Bylaws, rulings, and expected models of conduct.
- To manage Prospects and make certain that they learn the Clubs Constitution and Bylaws.
- To carry out any punishments per Executive Board approval.
- The Executive Duties of the Tailgunner are as follows.
- To assist the Road Captain in their duties.
- To ensure the safety of Members when riding.
- To stay at the back of the pack & call out any incidents when riding.
Article V. Formation Riding.
Section 5.01: Rules of the road.
- Standard formation for LBMC is to ride in two-by-two pairs. Split lanes and when necessary use headlights to help measure distance between bikes. All members are expected to be attentive while riding, match the speed of the pack. The pack can only go as fast as its slowest Member. The riding formation may change according to whatever the President or Road Captain decides upon before said ride.
- Turning signals are mandatory during Club rides and every Member is expected to know each signal.
- To turn left is one blast of the horn.
- To turn right is two blasts of the horn.
- To change from two-by-two pairs to single file is one long blast of the horn.
- Officers will always ride at the front of the pack (with the exception of the Tailgunner whom rides at the back). The positions are as follows.
- Road Captain
- President & Vice President
- Sergeant at Arms & Secretary
- Treasurer and Enforcer
- Patch Members
- Prospects
- Tailgunner
- Hangarounds
- Supporters/Associates.
Section 6.01: Procedures.
- Special Committees may be created upon approval from the President. Committee members will be appointed by the head of that particular committee.
- These committees may be terminated by the President.
- All Special Committees may be subject to the general control and direction of the Executive Board.
Article VII. Dissolution.
Section 7.01: Procedures.
- If at any time in the future Lost Breed decides to dissolve the Club it must be shown by a majority vote of all Patched Members.
Article VIII. Amendments.
Section 8.01: Procedures.
- This Constitution & its Bylaws may only be amended by a majority vote of Patched Members.
- Any and all voting on amendments to this Constitution & its Bylaws will be held at Church.
- Amendments may be proposed by any Patched Member in good standing and must be submitted through an Officer.
- This Constitution is a living document and will be revised, updated and expanded as needed. It is imperative that all Patched Members acknowledge and understand any and all amendments to this Constitution.
